Our savory goat meat comes from animals that spend their lives playing and grazing freely on the lush green pastures of Alpenblick Farm. Once matured, the goats are taken to a local butcher and processed humanely. The meat is cut into stewing cubes, wrapped in  wax paper, and flash frozen.
